Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga™-Have trouble getting down on the floor?  This class offers all the benefits of a traditional yoga class: centering, relaxation, breathing techniques, stretching, postures and concludes with relaxation and a shoulder massage, all of which are all performed in the comfort of a chair, instead of a Yoga mat.  

Gentle Yoga / Yoga Stretch– A great way to awaken and refresh your body with centering, stretching, gentle postures and wrapped up with deep relaxation. 

Beginners Yoga– Interested in uncovering all the hype behind yoga these days?  This class will introduce you to Yoga, step by step, while having fun along the way.

Intermediate Yoga– Want a more challenging experience?  This class is designed for individuals with a Yoga background who wish to delve deeper into the poses.

PiYo - An athletic blend of Yoga mixed with Pilates; this class focuses on strengthening and toning the body with awareness to the core.
