Help your employees reduce stress and increase productivity while at work.  Classes can be scheduled during the day or after work hours.  Yoga with Colleen offers the flexbility of Chair Yoga and a variety of other Yoga classes on the Mat.  Participants will not need to shower after class, since it is not Hot Yoga.
