Autumn Equinox Yoga
The Autumn Equinox is a time of balance, when there is an equal amount of daylight and darkness.
Join me for a grounding Yin & Yang yoga practice as we transition towards the darker time of year.
Our practice will include a guided meditation, 30 minutes of movement, and 30 minutes of yin (shapes are held for 3-5 minutes each).
You can practice with us live via Zoom or via the recording.
*The Zoom link will be sent out the morning of the practice. The recording will be available for 48 hours. Refunds are available until 24 hours before the practice.
