Yoga for Grief Support

Friday, December 6 via Zoom

7- 8:30 pm PST

“Grief is a personal journey, never the same for any 2 people, and as unique as your life & your relationships. However, grief is not limited to loss through death. Every time you lose a relationship or are faced with uncertainty, you grieve the loss of a predictable & safe world. You experience grief when you experience any change in your relationship to the world.” Sameet M. Kumar, Ph.D

The darker days, the festive gatherings, life in general can seem more difficult to navigate during the holiday season.

It can feel isolating & overwhelming.

To support all of us who are grieving, I’m offering a special class via Zoom. The recording will be available for 2 weeks after in case you need it. The practice will consist of gentle movements & restorative shapes, along with pranayama & acupressure.

As always, it will be a trauma informed, functional practice. Come as you are, all are welcome.
